The Seed of an Idea
In 2011, a group of passionate educators and industry experts came together with a shared frustration. They saw talented individuals held back by traditional educational barriersâgeography, time constraints, and outdated learning methods.
"We knew there had to be a better way to bridge the gap between what people needed to learn and how they could learn it."
Taking Flight
ProQual was born from late-night conversations in coffee shops and endless iterations of "what if?" We started smallâjust three qualifications and a team of five people who believed in something bigger than themselves.
Our first student was Sarah, a working mother from Manchester who wanted to advance her career but couldn't attend traditional classes. When she completed her qualification and got promoted, we knew we were onto something special.
Growing Beyond Borders
Word spread. Students from different countries began reaching out. Employers started recognizing our qualifications. Before we knew it, we weren't just a local solutionâwe were a global movement.
Each new market taught us something different. Each culture brought unique perspectives that made our programs richer and more inclusive.
