Just recently undergone an EQA centre visit, a really pleasant experience. EQA very supportive and helpful. Switch to e-certificates very good process and admin resolving issues promptly. I would recommend to other centres because of their professionalism and prompt responses. Correspondence of changes have always been sent, I feel other awarding bodies are not as proactive as ProQual with this information.
