Submit Your Application
Download and complete our New Centre Application Form in as much detail as possible, then submit this to enquiries@proqualab.com.
We Review & Support
Our Operations Team will review your application, complete due diligence and risk checks, and request any supporting documents. A member of our team will guide you through the process.
Begin Delivering Qualifications
Once approved, you’ll become an official ProQual AB Centre and can start delivering our full portfolio of Ofqual-regulated qualifications.
Before You Apply
Please ensure the following requirements are met before submitting your application:
- UK-Based Only – Centres must be located in the UK and have suitable facilities for EQA visits (temporary spaces not accepted).
- UKPRN – You must hold a UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN). You can obtain one for free by registering here.
- ICO Registration – Centres must be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). If you’re not yet registered, you can register here.
- Qualified Staff – At least one qualified assessor and one qualified IQA, with occupational competence in the qualifications you plan to deliver.
Centre Fees
There is a one-off fee of £750 to become an approved ProQual Centre.
